Series II 6.4L Cold Air Intake Kit

The JLT Series II Cold Air Intake Kit is engineered to enhance airflow for 2011-2020 Dodge Challenger 6.4L (excluding Shaker hood models), 2011-2020 Dodge Charger 6.4L, and 2011-2014 Chrysler 300C 6.4L (SRT8) vehicles. The kit's roto-molded airbox is designed with an integrated opening to capture fresh air from the grille/headlight area and seals tightly to the hood, ensuring that cooler air is directed around the filter. The system utilizes a custom-built S&B air filter featuring a bell mouth design for optimal airflow and 1-inch deep pleats that provide a larger surface area for filtration. The intake tube is constructed from roto-molded plastic, which prevents heat soak often associated with metal tubes, and includes a large 5-inch filter opening. The throttle body opening measures 4 inches, accommodating potential future throttle body upgrades. Included with the kit are custom-designed Lexan shields that bolt to the hood grille, preventing rain from reaching the filter while helping to retain cooler air within the airbox. Heavy-duty clamps and all necessary hardware are provided for installation. This intake system typically yields 10-15 RWHP and 10-15 RWTQ on stock 6.4L engines. It does not require a tune for installation. Please note: This product is NOT CARB (California Air Resource Board) Exempt.
