The Metco Motorsports Hellcat Supercharger Pulley Kit is a precision-engineered upgrade that utilizes an interchangeable two-piece design to adjust boost levels on the Hellcat supercharger. By utilizing a common electroless nickel-plated steel hub, enthusiasts can swap outer drive rings—available in various sizes—to achieve specific boost increases without replacing the entire assembly. The pulley ring and stock-appearing front cover are finished in a durable black anodize, complemented by stainless steel or zinc-plated hardware. Optimizing performance with this kit requires significant supporting modifications, including appropriate PCM revisions and the installation of a matching supercharger belt to accommodate the new pulley ratio. While the 2.85" ring is intended for street use, smaller sizes such as the 2.75" are strictly for race applications or setups utilizing supplemental injection. Consult your tuner to ensure proper engine safety and calibration for your desired boost levels. This kit is intended for professional installation only; please note that installation instructions are not provided. The original supercharger pulley requires the removal of the supercharger top and snout separation for access. The hub design includes a 1" hex to facilitate installation, though a specific pin holding tool is often required for secure operation. Installation of this component may affect your vehicle's factory warranty.
