The GEARWRENCH 42 Piece Metric Ratcheting Tap and Die Set is a 40-piece set designed for cutting threads. It features a patented Twist Lock Guide System to reduce die guard walk-back and a ratcheting T-wrench with a 5-degree arc that eliminates hand-over-hand turning.

The set includes a ratcheting T-wrench, small and medium adapters, a medium hex die adapter, 17 taps, and 17 dies. The die adapters are compatible with the GEARWRENCH Pass-Thru ratchet and socket system, as well as vortex socket accessories. Extension adapters are also included for improved access in confined areas. The set comes in a blow mold case for storage.
