The GEARWRENCH 84947N 39 Pc. 1/2" Drive 6 Point Standard & Deep Impact SAE Socket Set is designed for professional users, offering exceptional strength and durability. These sockets are made from chrome molybdenum alloy steel (Cr-Mo) and feature a manganese phosphate coating for corrosion resistance. They include highly visible laser-etched markings and secondary hard-stamped size markings for quick identification. The off-corner loading design helps reduce fastener rounding. The set includes both standard and deep sockets in sizes from 3/8 inch to 1-1/2 inch, as well as a universal joint, all organized in a blow mold case. This set meets or exceeds ASME B107.2/B107.33M specifications. Some standard and deep sizes (3/8 in, 7/16 in, 1/2 in, and 9/16 in) feature a parallel neck-down design for improved access to restricted fasteners.
