Engineered to OE dimensions, Wagner SevereDuty DSX180661E Front Disc Brake Rotors are designed for fleet, municipal, work, and delivery vehicles that operate under demanding conditions, including frequent stops, towing, and carrying heavy loads. They feature superior high-carbon, lightly alloyed metallurgy, ensuring high strength, excellent durability, and effective heat management at high temperatures. The rotors are corrosion-resistant due to painted edges and hats. A precision ground surface finish provides reliable performance, noise reduction, and efficient heat dissipation, while also requiring less pad break-in time for proper bedding. For optimal performance under extreme use, it is recommended to pair these rotors with Wagner PPV and SD brake pads. Precision-machined, they limit vibrations for improved stability, control, and reduced pad wear. The application-specific OE vane design and thickness help control noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH).
