SF Intake

The COBB SF Intake System is engineered as an entry-level performance upgrade for the 2015-2021 Subaru WRX. By replacing the factory intake and airbox, this system reduces restrictions before the turbocharger, promoting greater engine efficiency and unlocking additional power potential. The construction involves full 3" aluminum tubing, a custom black powder-coated aluminum airbox with a COBB badge, and a pre-oiled, reusable cone filter designed for long service life. Key features include an integrated velocity stack MAF housing, which, along with a CFD-designed velocity stack and airflow straightener grid, works to smooth incoming air and minimize turbulence for precise Mass Air Flow sensor readings. The one-piece, high-temperature plastic composite MAF housing design contributes to reduced weight and heat transfer. Wire-reinforced black silicone couplers ensure a leak-free installation, sealed with clamps. Users will need to utilize these specific maps with their Accessport firmware or download them from the COBB website for optimal performance. The system is 50-state legal due to its California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order (EO) number D-660-110.
