The Cobb Tuning Short Ram SF Intake System is engineered to replace the restrictive factory intake assembly on your 2008-2014 Subaru WRX or 2008-2021 WRX STI. It utilizes a high-flow cone filter with significantly increased surface area compared to the OEM panel filter, promoting better airflow capacity. The polished aluminum intake tube offers a smoother, straighter path to the turbocharger inlet, reducing restrictions. By calibrating the Accessport to the SF intake configuration, the system ensures that the hardware and software work in unison, optimizing performance and delivering improved throttle response and power delivery from the first drive. All necessary installation hardware and couplers are included for a complete upgrade. The Cobb SF Intake System is constructed with a focus on performance and reliability. The MAF sensor is strategically positioned within the SF intake tube to ensure accurate air mass measurement. Cobb Tuning, with a history dating back to 1999, is known for developing performance software and hardware for turbocharged vehicles, validating their products as part of a complete system for consistent results.
