The BSCI RB 78001 is a roll cage padding designed to meet SFI 45.1 specifications. This padding is 3/4" thick, featuring high-density foam for maximum impact absorption. It is self-extinguishing and includes a molded-in acrylic adhesive for easy installation. The padding is 36" in length and can be cut and shaped for custom fitment.

The BSCI Dual Durometer SFI Rated Roll Bar Padding, model RB 78001, offers advanced safety for vehicle interiors by providing maximum energy absorption and flame retardation. This innovative padding meets SFI 45.1 specifications, ensuring compliance with stringent motorsports regulations. Constructed with a unique dual-durometer design, this padding features a durable, soft-touch outer foam layer approximately 1/2" thick, combined with an SFI 45.1 approved high-impact inner core. This two-piece construction allows for a softer feel during lower-speed impacts while the robust core engages during higher-speed incidents, significantly reducing the risk of serious injury from contact with roll cages. Installation is simplified due to the pre-taped acrylic adhesive molded directly into the padding. The 3-foot length and its inherent cut-ability allow for easy shaping and customization to fit various roll bar configurations. Available in black, this padding is designed to accommodate bar diameters from 3/4" to 2".
