Shafts Chromoly Right-Hand Axle

The Insane Shafts IS-018 is a high-performance right-hand axle specifically designed for K-series engine swaps in various Honda and Acura vehicles. Built from durable chromoly steel, these axles have undergone a proprietary annealing, heat treatment, and cryogenic process to maximize strength and resilience, making them capable of handling power demands of up to 500 wheel horsepower. They are an ideal upgrade for performance-oriented vehicles, offering enhanced durability for street, track, or drag racing applications. Each Insane Shafts axle set comes complete with removable ABS rings (where applicable) and new spindle nuts, facilitating a hassle-free installation. The IS-018 is engineered to be compatible with K-series transmissions and intermediate shafts. The IS-018 axle fits 1990-2001 Acura Integras (DA, DC), 1992-2000 Honda Civics (EG, EK), and 1999-2006 Honda Insights that have been converted to K-series engines. It also fits the 2009-2013 Honda Fit. For Honda Insight applications, a K20 (RSX/EP3) half-shaft or the IS-BRK-2 may be required.
