The Mobil SHC Polyrex 222 is a synthetic, polymer-enhanced grease specifically engineered to address high-temperature lubrication challenges in general industry and food processing environments. Developed with advanced Polyurea technology, this grease provides a reliable high-temperature solution while maintaining a full NSF H1 registration for incidental food contact. This grease is formulated to offer a superior combination of high-temperature performance, exceptional water resistance, and balanced wear protection. Its unique synthetic base oils and advanced Polyurea thickener allow it to provide lubrication at temperatures up to 170°C. Even under these extreme conditions, Mobil SHC Polyrex 222 resists oxidation and maintains structural stability, enabling extended re-lubrication intervals and consistent equipment protection. The carefully balanced composition of thickener, base oils, and additives results in excellent load-carrying capabilities and robust rust protection. Mobil SHC Polyrex 222 is also highly resistant to water, offering superior corrosion protection in wet, humid environments and applications involving frequent water washdowns. This ensures added protection for equipment and extends its service life. Furthermore, it meets Kosher requirements and is manufactured in facilities certified to ISO 22000 and ISO 21469 standards, assuring the highest levels of product integrity.
