The B&M Shift Improver Kit is an automatic transmission upgrade designed for 1996-1999 Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles equipped with the 4R70W transmission. This kit recalibrates your transmission for crisper shifts, improved performance, and extended life by eliminating shift overlap and reducing clutch/band slippage. It offers two selectable modes: Heavy Duty for regular street driving and Street/Strip for high-performance use.
