The Axial Flow 752-0118B is a shifter bottom bushing. It is a replacement bottom bushing for a short shifter, specifically designed for the 2009-2011 model years. This part is also noted as being required when installing an S2 (2009-2011) transmission into an S1 car when using a short shifter.
