The Hybrid Racing shifter cable bushings offer a cost-effective solution to improve the tactile feel of your shifter. Traditional replacement bushings often use solid metal or Delrin, which can lead to increased shifting effort and the risk of bending or damaging shifter cables due to their limited range of motion. Hybrid Racing's design addresses this by incorporating a chrome-plated steel spherical bearing. This allows for a crisp, precise shifter feel that is often associated with solid bushings, but without the associated increase in effort. The bushings themselves are precision-machined from 6061 aluminum and feature a durable black anodized finish for enhanced corrosion resistance. The product also includes spiral retaining rings and stainless steel cotter pins for secure installation.
