The Hybrid Racing Shifter Cables are a performance upgrade replacement for stock OEM shifter cables in your 1997-2001 Honda Prelude or 1998-2002 Honda Accord. These cables feature solid rod ends, permanently lubricated core, spherical bearings, and aluminum end links, providing a firmer, tighter feel over OEM for reduced missed shifts and a more connected sensation to the chassis. They are designed as direct replacements, allowing you to swap over OEM brackets and install them easily. Constructed with a stainless steel core and guides, and heat resistant up to 225°F, these cables also include upgraded stainless steel swivel support tubes (unlike the plastic OEM ones that are prone to breaking). The rod ends and mounting bushings are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched with the Hybrid Racing logo. This kit includes two shifter cables, cotter pins and clips for the shifter end, and new hardware for the transmission bracket mounting plates. They are specifically designed to fit 4-cylinder H-Series engines with manual transmissions in the 1997-2001 Honda Prelude and 4-Cylinder engines with manual transmissions in the 1998-2002 Honda Accord.
