The House of Kolor C2C-KBC Tangerine Kandy Series Universal Basecoat is engineered for custom automotive refinishing projects. This "C2C" version is a Coast-to-Coast compliant, low VOC solvent-based coating, meeting regulatory limits for widespread use. This factory-pack system offers a low film build and touch-up friendly characteristics, making it versatile for various kustom painting needs. It can serve as a basecoat beneath a Kandy application or be cleared over for a vibrant metallic finish. The basecoat requires a 2:1 mixing ratio with a compatible reducer. Compatible reducers include the RU310 through RU313 RU Series, or RU300/RU301 LV Exempt Series reducers for low VOC compliance. As a universal basecoat, the Shimrin C2C Kandy Series is suitable for a wide range of custom painting projects. The "Tangerine" color provides a rich and captivating hue. The product is supplied in a 1-quart can.
