Description

The AFCO 78 Series Steel Monotube Shock is designed for racing applications, specifically IMCA Legal Modified applications. It features a 1/2" (12.7mm) shaft and a base valve. This shock is engineered for reduced gas pressure gain, a robust sealing system, and an Ultra strong DURox chrome shaft, resulting in a 36% reduction in rod force and pressure gain compared to 5/8” shaft shocks. These shocks are owner serviceable or can be serviced at an AFCO shock tuning center for fast turnaround. With customizable options, you can tailor this shock for any Modified application.
