Shockwave E370 True Dual X Cat-Back Exhaust System

The Motordyne Shockwave E370 is a True Dual X (TDX) exhaust system designed with a modular nature for integrating different sounds and features. It is fabricated entirely of stainless steel and engineered for maximum power gains through a strategic combination of dual 2.5" and dual 3.0" tubing. The primary tubes, featuring XYZ pipe inlets with dual 2.5" diameter, are optimized in diameter and length to maximize power and torque from low end to the upper midrange. The dual 3.0" exhaust tubes from the midpipe muffler back are used to route exhaust flow efficiently, minimizing resistance and maximizing high RPM power. The progressive expansion of tube diameter and exhaust flow area is a key design element, optimizing pulse scavenging while minimizing flow resistance and pressure drop. This carefully engineered flow path results in maximum power and torque output suitable for naturally aspirated and forced induction applications up to 700 HP. When integrated with Motordyne ART test pipes, the complete system design begins with dual 2 1/4 inch diameter tubes at the ART pipe inlet, progressively expanding to dual 3" flow tubes, then further transitioning from dual 2.25" to dual 2.5", and finally to 3.0" for peak performance. This exhaust system is hand-crafted to the highest quality standards, featuring entirely TIG welded and deeply polished Stainless Steel 304L construction. It includes 4.5" burnt rolled tips that are adjustable for different looks and easily interchangeable. Additional tip sizes and styles, such as 5" tips and alternate 4.5" styles, are available separately. The system employs V-Band exhaust mounting type, with piping diameters ranging from 2.5" to 3.0", and 4.5" tip diameter.
