The Driveshaft Shop RA8526X4 is a high-performance rear axle engineered specifically for Subaru Impreza STi (GC8) models equipped with an R180 differential. This axle is constructed with robust materials, including high-strength alloy shafts and reinforced CV joints, ensuring superior durability and performance. Designed to support up to 500 horsepower, this rear axle features aerospace-grade torsional 32 spline axle bars, an increase from the factory 29 spline bars. It incorporates a billet ball & cage inner CV and a proprietary outer CV that offers a direct fit to the factory wheel hub. The inner differential spline is specifically designed for the R180 differential. This product is intended for the 1992-2001 Subaru Impreza STi (GC8) with an R180 differential. Fitment details include: 1993-1995 Impreza Base, 1996-1997 Impreza Brighton, 1993-2001 Impreza L, 1993-1994 Impreza LS, 1995-1996 Impreza LX, 1995-2001 Impreza Outback, and 1998-2001 Impreza RS. Additionally, it fits 2002-2007 Subaru Impreza WRX, WRX Limited, and WRX TR models that have been converted to an R180 differential and utilize a 5×100 bolt pattern hub.
