The HPS Performance 827 Series Short Ram Air Intake Kit is engineered to enhance the performance of your 2001-2005 Honda Civic. This kit utilizes a free-flowing, 2-1/2 inch mandrel-bent aluminum tube, replacing the factory air box to promote better airflow. The design is focused on increasing horsepower, torque, and improving throttle response, all while maintaining a safe air-fuel ratio. Constructed with high-temperature reinforced silicone hoses and industrial-grade stainless steel t-bolt clamps, this intake system is built for reliability under demanding driving conditions. A powder-coated steel heat shield is also integrated to block hot air, ensuring the best possible cooling effect for the air filter. The kit does not require tuning and will not trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL). However, this product is not street legal in all US states and is specifically not legal for sale or use in California.
