Short-Runner 3-Piece Intake Manifold

Designed, cast, and machined in the USA, this 3-piece, short-runner manifold offers significant application flexibility, aiming for optimal performance in the 6000-8500 rpm range for naturally aspirated setups and 3000-6500 rpm for boosted applications. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with LT1 throttle body positions, accommodating both Drive-by-Wire (DBW) and cabled throttle bodies. Its compact design allows fitment within tight engine bays of C5, C6, C7, and C8 Corvettes, as well as popular F-body platforms. The Trinity manifold features a modular design with interchangeable plenums and runners, utilizing eight O-rings for sealing between the runner and plenum interfaces, secured by 20 M6 stainless steel socket head cap screws. The port sealing is achieved via SAE O-rings within dovetailed grooves, and the port mouth radius and port match are CNC machined for precision. The manifold includes multiple NPT ports for auxiliary fittings. Runners and plenums are available for separate purchase, and CNC ported options are offered for high-boost or high-RPM applications. Important fitment notes include that the LS Truck accessory drive will NOT fit these Trinity intakes. Specific fuel rail kits are required depending on the runner configuration (FRK-02 or FRK-02-12 for Gen V truck/mid-length with injector provisions, and FRK-01 or FRK-01-12 for LT1/LT4 short runner with injector provisions). LT applications should use the 12663577 LT4 fuel line for optimal clearance. Critically, this manifold will NOT work with LT4 cylinder heads unless specific LT4-Trinity intake runners are used. L83 throttle bodies are incompatible; L86/LT1 or aftermarket throttle bodies are recommended for Gen V 5.3 applications. Note that natural finish three-piece intake manifolds may exhibit slight color variations between runners and plenums due to batch coloring processes.
