The NEUSPEED Short Shift Kit features a carefully calibrated, two-position throw reduction, shortening gear engagement for quicker, more precise shifts without overextending the factory cable mechanism. Designed, engineered, and machined in Camarillo, CA, this short shift kit offers a complete bolt-on application with no cable adjustment required. It is compatible with 6-speed 02Q/02M manual transmissions. The kit is available with either a small pin stud cable mount (approximately 8mm) or a large pin stud cable mount (approximately 10mm). It is crucial to verify the pin stud size before purchasing. This short shift kit fits a range of Audi and Volkswagen models including the Alltrack, Golf R, Golf V, Golf VI, Golf VII, Golf VII Facelift, Golf VII R, Golf VII R Facelift, Golf VIII, Golf VIII R, Jetta V, Jetta VI (Sportwagen and Sedan GLI), and Passat B6. Specific fitment notes apply, such as for the Golf V and Jetta V models which require a 6-speed manual transmission from the 2006 model year with factory lever 1K0711051N (small pin), and fits all models from the 2007 model year. Other models may require using the vehicle selector to confirm fitment.
