The Gk-tech Z334shifter is a direct replacement short shifter engineered to significantly enhance your driving experience. By reducing shifter throw by 33%, it dramatically decreases the time between gear changes and provides a much tighter, more precise feel. This shifter is 30mm shorter than the OEM unit and incorporates added weight at the top, contributing to a more connected and responsive transmission feel. Constructed with a Delrin lower bushing, this shifter offers a low-friction, solid engagement for optimal performance. It utilizes the OEM shift knob thread pitch of M10x1.25. While the OEM shifter includes internal rubber damping, this solid shifter design will slightly increase Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH), a characteristic common with performance-oriented solid shifters. Installation is straightforward, requiring no modifications and utilizing your OEM hardware. It is designed as a simple remove-and-refit process, making it a manageable DIY upgrade for those with general mechanical knowledge.
