The Hybrid Racing Short Shifter is an adjustable performance upgrade designed for the 2008-2012 Honda Accord, 2009-2014 Acura TSX, and 2010-2014 Acura TL SH-AWD. It replaces the stock linkage system to provide a more precise and engaging driving experience.

The Hybrid Racing Short Shifter is engineered to resolve the mushy and vague feel of the stock shifter in the 8th gen Accord, 2nd gen TSX, and 4th gen TL. This performance-focused upgrade delivers faster, more precise gear changes with a significant reduction in shift throw and tighter gate spacing. Constructed with a dust black anodized finish for corrosion resistance, this shifter features a new lower rod design with an enhanced locking system and an internal spring-and-cup mechanism borrowed from Hybrid Racing's FL5 Civic Type R shifter. The adjustable knob height can be increased from +35mm to +60mm over stock, and the knob offers 360° rotation for custom positioning, though limited by console clearance. The shifter retains the OEM shift boot and console trim, and no cutting or permanent modifications are required. Model-specific shifter risers are included for the TSX and TL to ensure perfect fitment with their taller center consoles and floor-mounted electronics. The Accord chassis does not require these risers. This short shifter is compatible with manual transmission models only and does NOT fit automatic transmissions. It works with both K24 four-cylinder and V6 manual transmissions for the specified vehicle applications: 2008-2012 Honda Accord, 2009-2014 Acura TSX, and 2010-2014 Acura TL SH-AWD.
