The Megan Racing SS-HC01 is a short shifter adapter engineered for 2001-2005 Honda Civic models, specifically excluding the Si trims. The adapter works with the factory shifter, reducing the distance the shifter knob travels between gears by 1 to 3 inches, depending on the specific application. This upgrade enhances the driving experience for manual transmission enthusiasts seeking quicker shifts and a sportier feel. Installation typically involves minor modifications to the stock shifter, such as removing a plastic cap from the end of the shifter ball. The product is compatible with manual transmission vehicles only. Please note that this adapter is designed for the Non-Si models of the 2001-2005 Honda Civic.
