The Hybrid Racing Adjustable Short Shifter Assembly V3 is a performance upgrade for your 2006-2011 Honda Civic MT, Si, or Type-R FN2. It is constructed from TIG welded, powder coated 1000 Series steel and aerospace aluminum, featuring custom sealed ball bearings and Delrin pivot caps.

It also provides 1.5 inches of height adjustability. The design replaces the OEM torsion centering spring with dual zinc-plated extension springs for improved centering and a more direct feel.

The Hybrid Racing Short Shifter Assembly is engineered to significantly improve the shifting experience in 2006-2011 Honda Civics, including both Si (K20) and base model (R18) variants. The assembly boasts a robust construction with a TIG-welded steel frame finished with a durable powder coating to resist corrosion. Its upper and lower rocker pieces are precision-machined from aluminum and feature a striking dust gold anodized finish. At the core of its performance are sealed ball bearings, which reduce friction for a smoother, more precise shift compared to the original version. The throw length is fully adjustable via threaded cable pins, allowing users to customize the shift reduction from 10% to 53% depending on the specific model year. Each adjustment pin is capped with Delrin to prevent wear and noise. Furthermore, dual extension springs replace the stock torsion spring for a more direct centering feel. Beyond throw adjustment, the shifter offers a 1.5-inch range of height adjustment for the shift knob, allowing for personalized ergonomics. Notably, this shifter does not require additional base bushings for installation and is compatible with both OEM 8th gen Civic shifter cables and Hybrid Racing's performance cables. It is designed to fit the 2006-2011 Acura CSX (Manual), 2006-2011 Honda Civic (Manual), 2007-2011 Honda Civic Type R (FD2), and 2007-2011 Honda Civic Type R (FN2) models.
