The IRP Short Shifter V3 is a high-performance upgrade designed to enhance the driving experience in your Nissan 350Z/Fairlady Z33 or Infiniti G35/G37. This precision short shifter reduces the distance your hand travels between gears, resulting in quicker, more precise, and sportier shifts. The construction features a CNC-milled high-grade billet aluminum lever and frame, paired with precision bearings for smooth stick movement. Teflon-coated wear surfaces minimize friction for long-lasting accuracy, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners are used throughout. The shifter includes adjustability for reverse and 5th-6th lockout, allowing for fine-tuned gear selection at high RPMs. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on, fitting OEM mounting points with only minor interior trim cutting required.
