The B&M 45126 Precision SportShifter is engineered to provide a significantly improved shifting experience in compatible BMW vehicles. This shifter offers up to a 25% reduction in throw, allowing for quicker and more precise gear changes, which can enhance driving engagement and performance. It also incorporates a specially designed pivot ball and high-compression O-rings to dampen drivetrain vibrations. The internal spherical bearing is made from oil-impregnated bronze and polymer fiber composite, contributing to reduced shift effort and smooth operation. This shifter is compatible with a wide range of BMW models, including the 1984-2006 BMW 3-Series, 1987-2006 BMW M3, and 1996-2002 BMW 5-Series (E30, E24, E28, E36, E39, E46, and more), specifically for all gas engines. The product includes all necessary hardware and instructions for a straightforward installation.
