This shifter boasts up to a 40% reduction in throw, paired with a sharper feel, resulting in more precise and engaging gear changes. The design prioritizes driver control and aims to create a more connected driving feel. Constructed from aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum and a 304-grade stainless steel base plate, this shifter is built to meet the rigorous demands of motorsport. It features an isolated lower rod with lubricated o-rings to absorb powertrain vibrations, making it an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts with modified engines or transmissions prone to vibrations. The self-centering mechanism provides a stiff yet smooth feel, and a unique gear lock-out function allows you to disable unnecessary gears, including reverse, mitigating the risk of costly mis-shifts, especially at high RPMs. The shifter also offers customizable options for the shift knob, including different colors and styles, with Thermo Guard technology to ensure resistance to extreme heat and cold for optimal ergonomics.
