The NM Engineering Short Shift Adapter is a CNC machined T303 stainless steel billet component designed to reduce shift throw by approximately 20%. This adapter allows for an easy installation by accessing the shifter assembly box from below the car, without needing to replace the entire shift lever. It is compatible with all MINI models with manual transmissions.

The NM Engineering Short Shift Adapter is precision-crafted from CNC machined T303 stainless steel billet, offering a durable and high-performance upgrade for your manual transmission MINI. This adapter is engineered to reduce your gear shift throw by approximately 20%, providing a more direct and satisfying connection to your vehicle's transmission. While the NM Shift Housing Cover is not a mandatory part of the installation, it is highly recommended. Without it, you may experience increased road noise, dust ingress through the shift boot, and heat from the exhaust system affecting the shift lever and boot. It's important to note that this product is no longer available.
