The Ford Performance Mustang Short Throw Shifter enhances your driving experience with a 19% reduction in throw, leading to quicker shifts and improved performance. It features CNC-machined billet aluminum construction for superior durability and a precise feel. This shifter also retains the factory knob threads, allowing you to use the included exclusive Ford Performance 6-speed shift knob or your preferred aftermarket option. Designed for 6-speed manual transmissions, this shifter maintains crucial safety features, including back-up camera functionality and the factory pull-up style reverse lockout sleeve to prevent accidental engagement of reverse gear. The kit includes a reduced throw shifter lever, reverse lockout sleeve, a 6-speed shift knob, and an increased durometer bushing kit, along with necessary hardware and instructions. This Ford Performance Short Throw Shifter is specifically designed to fit 2015-2026 Ford Mustang GT, EcoBoost, and V6 models equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission. Installation is estimated to take approximately 2 hours and requires mechanical expertise or professional installation.
