The Boomba Racing Short Throw Weighted Shift Knob is engineered to enhance the driving experience for the 2015-2019 Volkswagen Golf R/GTI (Mk7) models. This upgrade replaces the factory shift knob, which weighs 100g, with a significantly heavier 440g unit. This increased weight, achieved through a precision CNC machined brass core, contributes to a more positive and mechanical shift feeling. The design incorporates a durable Delrin shell, which aids in temperature management, ensuring the knob remains comfortable to touch in various conditions. This results in shorter, more precise gear changes. Key details include a black finish with an engraved shift pattern and Boomba Racing logo.
