The Private Label Mfg. header is a performance-oriented, short-tube Tri-Y exhaust manifold engineered specifically for the 8th Gen Honda Civic Si (FG, FD, and FA chassis). This Version 2 (V2) unit features a one-piece stainless steel construction to help ensure a leak-free installation, paired with a 2.5-inch collector to optimize exhaust flow. The manifold utilizes 3/8-inch thick CNC-machined flanges for improved durability and mounting precision. This header is designed for compatibility with both K20 and K24 engines. Please note that it does not include a header gasket; the factory-original gasket must be reused for proper sealing. Some specific variations of this product line may feature different collector configurations; confirm your specific vehicle requirements if choosing between V-band or standard collector setups, as certain versions explicitly state they do not fit K24 engines. Installation is intended as a direct bolt-on, though professional guidance or mechanical verification is recommended. Each unit includes a donut gasket and necessary hardware. As with any high-flow exhaust component, ensure compatibility with your local emissions regulations before installation.
