The Doug Thorley Headers THY-563-SS-C are shortie headers engineered for the 2005-2009 Toyota 4Runner and Lexus GX470 equipped with the 4.7L V8 engine, specifically noting compatibility with models featuring air injection. The primary tubes measure 1-5/8" in diameter and are fabricated from durable 14-gauge steel. The flange thickness is a robust 3/8", ensuring a secure fit. The collector design is intended to be welded to the factory catalytic converter, with a 2-1/2" collector diameter. Installation involves re-using factory hardware, and gaskets are included for a complete seal. Please note that reducers and a Y-pipe are not supplied with this header set. These headers are constructed from T304 stainless steel and feature a silver ceramic coating for durability and heat resistance.

Each header utilizes 1-5/8" primary tubes made from 14-gauge steel, with a 3/8" thick flange. The collector attachment is designed to weld to the factory catalytic converter, and the collector diameter is 2-1/2". Gaskets are included, but reducers and a Y-pipe are not. These headers are American-made and come with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.
