The HPS Performance 827 Series air intake kit (Part # 827-700BL) for 2012-2015 9th Gen Honda Civic 1.8L Gas offers a free-flowing 2-3/4 inch mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction system designed to produce dyno proven performance gains. It increases horsepower by +3.5 whp and torque by +4.7 ft/lbs, and improves throttle response while maintaining a safe air fuel ratio. The heavy-duty powder-coated steel heat shield integrates with the factory fresh air scoop to direct cold air to the air filter for optimal cooling. The kit includes a high-flow washable and reusable performance air filter, high-temperature reinforced silicone hoses, and industrial-grade 100% stainless steel t-bolt clamps. It's an easy bolt-on installation with simple hand tools and requires no modification or tuning, and does not trigger a CEL light.
