Description

The HPS Performance 827 Series Air Intake Kit (Blue, Part # 827-638BL) is engineered for the 2015-2017 Ford Mustang 3.7L V6. This kit replaces the restrictive stock air box with a free-flowing 3-1/4 inch mandrel-bent aluminum tube system, designed to enhance airflow and engine performance. The system includes a durable, powder-coated steel heat shield that works with the factory fresh air scoop to ensure cool air reaches the filter for optimal cooling. The induction tubes are constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy for excellent heat dissipation and long-lasting durability. The kit utilizes reinforced silicone hoses and industrial-grade stainless steel T-bolt clamps for reliability under extreme conditions. The included HPS Performance Air Filter is washable, reusable, and made in the USA with a woven cotton element that traps dirt down to 5 microns while allowing superior airflow. The kit is explicitly NOT CARB compliant.
