These headers are constructed from 1-5/8" CNC-machined, mandrel-bent, 16-gauge steel tubing with robust 3/8" thick flanges, designed for unrestricted airflow and significant horsepower gains. The titanium ceramic coating offers durability and helps retain heat for improved power output while also reducing under-hood temperatures. The product is C.A.R.B. Approved with EO Number D-245-16, making it legal for use in all 50 states for the specified 1987-1995 Ford F150 Truck 302 5.0L applications. BBK Performance warrants these headers against defects in materials or craftsmanship for one year from the original purchase date. However, it's important to note that coatings/finishes are not covered under this warranty, and using header wrap will void the warranty. BBK Performance also disclaims responsibility for consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation, and for labor charges related to defective, improperly fitting, damaged, or incorrectly ordered parts.
