The JBA Performance Exhaust 1647S-1 is engineered as a high-performance upgrade for 1998-2001 Ford Ranger models equipped with the 3.0L V6 engine. The header boasts 3/8-inch thick machined flanges with oversized exhaust ports and extra-thick collector domes to ensure a secure, leak-free seal. It also includes factory-style emission connections, maintaining compliance with emissions regulations. The specifications highlight a primary tubing diameter of 1.625 inches, a collector port diameter of 2.25 inches, and a tube wall thickness of 0.059 inches. The finish is uncoated, presenting a matte grey appearance. This header is specifically designed for models equipped with an EGR valve and is CARB EO exempt (D-57-48), making it legal for use in all 50 states.
