Overview

The BBK Performance shorty headers are designed for direct bolt-on performance for the 1993-1996 Impala SS. These headers are CAD designed and manufactured with 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted airflow and feature a one-piece laser-cut 3/8" flange for added strength. All BBK exhaust headers are pressure tested to ensure leak-free performance.

The BBK Performance shorty exhaust headers are engineered for the 1993-1996 Chevrolet Impala SS with the 5.7L LT1 V8 engine. These headers feature 1 5/8" primaries constructed from CNC mandrel-bent tubing to ensure unrestricted airflow and are equipped with a thick, one-piece 3/8" laser-cut flange for enhanced durability. The titanium ceramic coating provides a durable finish. Each kit includes gaskets, hardware, and installation instructions. The headers are also certified 50-state smog legal by the California Air Resources Board (EO Number D-245-18), making them legal for use in all 50 states. Installation notes indicate that some cutting and welding may be required to adapt the BBK down-tube adapters to the OE mid-pipes. BBK Performance will not be held responsible for consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation, nor for labor charges on defective, improperly fitting, damaged, or incorrectly ordered/shipped products. All BBK products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship, provided they are installed and used according to guidelines and not used for racing or competition. Note that coatings/finishes are not covered by the warranty.
