The PowerGo Shorty Headers are crafted for 1988-1995 Chevrolet and GMC C/K1500, C/K2500 trucks, and Suburbans, Blazers, Tahoes, Jimmys, and Yukons equipped with 305 or 350 cubic inch (5.0L/5.7L) small block V8 engines. Constructed from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, these headers feature fully mandrel-bent tubes for optimal exhaust flow and a polished finish for enhanced corrosion resistance. The head flanges are precision laser-cut from 7/16-inch thick steel and flattened by a hydraulic press to ensure a leak-free seal. All joints are TIG welded for superior durability and resistance to cracking and wear. The collector employs an OE-style ball socket design, facilitating a connection to the factory exhaust head pipe. Additionally, the head flanges are chrome-plated for added corrosion resistance. Important fitment notes indicate that these headers DO NOT fit Vortec engines.
