Crafted from durable stainless steel and finished with a ceramic coating, these headers boast 1 3/4" primary tubes designed to increase flow over stock manifolds. This direct fitment ensures an easy installation process without requiring modifications to your exhaust setup. They are compatible with both stock and aftermarket mid-pipes that attach to factory manifolds. Furthermore, these headers are suitable for users of On3 Performance's low-mount twin turbo kits on 6.1L and 6.4L engines. While they bolt directly to these engines, the outlet flange size differs from the 5.7L, aligning with the design of the On3 kit centered around the 5.7L outlet flange. For naturally aspirated applications, these headers are rated to provide a 10-20 horsepower gain, depending on the mid-pipes used. They are designed to retain factory catalytic converters and O2 sensor locations, facilitating a hassle-free installation.
