Description

The Sundown Audio SIA-3500D v2 is an intelligent full bridge Class D mono amplifier engineered for exceptional power and stability. It delivers a substantial 3500W RMS at 1 ohm, 3000W RMS at 2 ohms, and 1750W RMS at 4 ohms, making it a powerhouse for demanding audio systems. This amplifier boasts advanced thermal management thanks to its heavier heatsink and a three-speed Smart Cooling fan system. The fan can operate based on temperature or audio signal, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. It also incorporates comprehensive protection circuitry, including safeguards against output shorts, high/low supply voltage, and thermal overload. Key features include variable high-pass (10Hz-1kHz) and low-pass (40Hz-20kHz) filters, a bass boost of 0 to 12dB at 50Hz, and a subsonic filter. The input sensitivity is 200mV, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 108dB and a frequency response of 10Hz-20kHz (-3dB). The SIA-3500D v2 operates within a 9VDC to 16VDC supply voltage range.
