The Tekarbon Side Fairing Panels are specifically engineered for the 2021-2023 Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa, offering a direct fit to enhance your motorcycle's aesthetics and aerodynamics. Constructed using a high-strength, lightweight autoclave process, these panels represent advanced manufacturing techniques in carbon fiber production. Each panel is meticulously layered and finished with a premium automotive clear coating, providing superior durability and protection against UV damage, ensuring a long-lasting, glossy finish. Please note that hardware or mounting brackets are not included with this product and must be sourced separately. Installation of these carbon fiber panels may require minor modifications, as the material's properties differ from ABS plastic. Filing on slots might be necessary, and it is recommended to use hand tools with lubricant when screwing bolts into the plastic fasteners. Never over-torque the fasteners on the carbon fiber components. If holes on the plastic fasteners are too small, a slightly larger drill bit can be used to widen them. Recommended tools include an Allen wrench set, Dremel kit, grinding stone bit, sanding bands, and a drill bit, along with lubricant (WD-40), safety goggles, and gloves.
