The Forge Motorsport Side Mount Radiator is a V-mount radiator setup designed for the Mercedes A45 AMG (2.0L M133 Engine). It increases the available core surface area by 43.5% over the OEM component. This radiator features CNC machined couplers for direct fitment to the existing chargecooler coolant pipework, eliminating the need to cut hoses or remove couplers. The radiator surround clips into the OEM ducting and utilizes the front bumper's cold air feed.

The Forge Motorsport Side Mount Radiator is a high-performance V-mount radiator solution engineered specifically for the Mercedes A45 AMG (2.0L M133 Engine). This unit was developed to maximize efficiency within the limited space around the OEM side-mount chargecooler radiator, achieving a 43.5% increase in core surface area compared to the original component. Its design utilizes OEM-style CNC machined couplers, ensuring a direct fit to the existing chargecooler coolant pipework without requiring any hose cutting or coupler removal. The radiator surround is laser-cut and clips directly into the OEM ducting, leveraging the cold air feed from the front bumper for optimal cooling performance. Developed using advanced Solidworks 3D CAD software and handmade in Great Britain, this radiator reflects Forge Motorsport's commitment to refined design and quality. Installation is streamlined thanks to the direct-fit couplers and integration with existing ducting. The product comes with comprehensive installation instructions. Forge Motorsport also offers an optional 'Fit at Forge' installation service, with fitting times calculated after purchase. This part is made to order, and customers are advised to contact Forge Motorsport for the latest lead times and availability. The product is backed by Forge's limited lifetime warranty, excluding brake pads, provided original proof of purchase is supplied. Care should be taken to avoid aggressive cleaning products, as these can damage cooling systems and void the warranty. Approved coolant and distilled water are recommended for installation.
