Side-Mount Supercharger Kit

The Boosted 1993-1998 Grand Cherokee 4.0 Liter 6 Cylinder Side-Mount Supercharger is a custom intake manifold system designed to enhance the performance of your Jeep Grand Cherokee. This kit leverages a modified GM 3.8L Eaton M90 supercharger, offering an easy installation with a typical 4-5 hour timeframe and no hood modification required. It delivers 4-7 pounds of boost on the stock 4.0L engine and has been tested at all altitudes. It is fully compatible with common performance modifications such as larger throttle bodies, cat-back exhaust systems, upgraded fuel injectors (703/784), roller rockers, and even camshafts with ported heads. For 'stroker' engines of 4.5L or larger, expect slightly lower boost levels but a significant power increase of +20-25%. The supercharger system includes a 7th injector (60lbs/hr) for additional fuel under boost and a liquid intercooling effect. It also features the Split Second FTC for boost timing retard and auxiliary 7th injector control, which is fully laptop programmable and comes with a base tune pre-loaded, capable of clamping the MAP sensor to prevent check engine lights and offering custom-made connectors for true 'Plug and Play' installation. A note of caution: this kit requires a '99 or newer 3-bolt power steering pump. Additionally, there is a significant lead time of 9+ months due to custom manifold availability.
