Functionally, these side splitters work by managing high-pressure air on the car's top surface, which in turn improves downforce and reduces vehicle lift by approximately 6 points with no significant increase in drag. This performance enhancement is achieved by minimizing airflow from the high-pressure top side to the bottom side of the vehicle. Adding these splitters to a compatible aero package can further improve vehicle performance at higher speeds. Developed using state-of-the-art analysis software and in-house scan data, the design process resulted in a product that offers a near OEM fit and finish. The kit includes two side splitters and all necessary hardware for installation, which is described as non-invasive and does not use sheet metal screws. The components feature a hard, durable plastic body and are made in the U.S.A. with stainless hardware. This kit is specifically engineered for the 2022-2024 Subaru WRX.
