The Amsoil Signature Series 0W-30 is a premium, 100% synthetic motor oil engineered to provide exceptional lubrication for all types of gasoline-fueled vehicles. It is built to withstand the rigors of high-performance engines, offering superior resistance to the stresses of higher horsepower, elevated temperatures, and sophisticated emissions control systems.
This synthetic oil offers several key benefits, including extended drain intervals, maximized fuel economy, and reduced engine wear. Amsoil Signature Series 0W-30 meets or exceeds various performance specifications, including API SN (Resource Conserving), SM, ILSAC GF-5, GF-4, ACEA A5/B5, A1/B1, Ford WSS-M2C946-A, WSS-M2C929-A, and Chrysler MS-6395N. It is also a suitable replacement for GM dexos1™. The oil is compatible with other conventional and synthetic motor oils, though mixing will reduce its lifespan and performance benefits. Aftermarket oil additives are not recommended for use with this product.
Extended drain intervals are recommended for unmodified, mechanically sound gasoline-fueled vehicles. For normal service, intervals can extend up to 25,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first. For severe service, such as turbo/supercharged engines, fleet vehicles, excessive idling, vehicles over 100,000 miles without prior Amsoil use, frequent short trips, or heavy towing/hauling, intervals are recommended up to 15,000 miles or one year. Engines operating under modified conditions (e.g., performance chips, non-OEM exhaust/fuel/air induction systems) are excluded from extended drain recommendations. Mechanically sound engines are defined as those in good working order without excessive oil consumption, leaks, overheating, or malfunctioning emissions systems. It is recommended to repair malfunctioning engines before installing Amsoil synthetic oils.
