Description

The Sika Aktivator-205 is a solvent-based, colorless adhesion promoter designed to improve bonding on various non-porous substrates. It reacts with moisture to deposit active groups that link substrates to primers or sealants. This product is specifically formulated for treating bond faces before applying Sikaflex® and Sikasil® adhesives and sealants.

Key features include enhanced adhesion on materials like metals, plastics, ceramic screen prints, and painted surfaces. It also offers a short flash-off time and is easy to use. The transparent liquid is applied to prepare surfaces for a more weather-resistant bond or seal.
