Description

The Sika Sikaflex-291 LOT is a one-component polyurethane marine adhesive sealant formulated with an extended open time for applications requiring longer working periods. It is suitable for tasks such as deck bedding and vibration-resistant joint sealing.

Key features include its one-component, moisture-curing, and non-sag formulation, providing elastic and vibration-resistant sealing. It bonds to a variety of marine construction substrates, including wood, metals, metal primers, two-component paint coatings, and fiberglass. The sealant is suitable for both above and below waterline applications and can be sanded and overpainted after curing. Its formulation is non-corrosive.
