The HPS Silicone Air Intake Kit Post MAF Hose (part number 87-68426-RED-3) is a direct replacement for the restrictive stock rubber intake tube on the 2007-2008 Nissan 350Z equipped with the 3.5L VQ35HR engine. Constructed from high-temperature, 4-ply reinforced silicone, this hose meets or exceeds OE specifications with a maximum temperature rating of 350°F. The manufacturer claims dyno-proven performance gains, including an increase of +6.8 whp and +6.4 ft-lbs of torque, along with improved throttle response. Installation is straightforward and does not require modifications or re-tuning, and it will not trigger a CEL (Check Engine Light).
