Description

The HPS 827-723R Silicone Air Intake Kit is an upgrade specifically for the Toyota TRD Performance Air Intake System on 2016-2022 Toyota Tacoma models equipped with the 3.5L V6 engine and the TRD Performance Upper Air Box. This kit replaces the stock TRD intake tube with a high-heat resistant silicone hose, engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications with a maximum temperature rating of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes complete with an HPS Performance Drop-In Panel Air Filter, which offers improved airflow and filtration, and is washable and reusable for long-term use. The kit also includes HPS 100% stainless steel embossed hose clamps, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. Installation is straightforward and requires no modifications, retaining the use of the TRD air filter housing. Dyno testing indicates an increase of 11.8 horsepower and 15.5 lb-ft. of torque at 4000rpm, resulting in greatly improved acceleration over standard TRD parts. This kit is an exact replacement for OEM part numbers PTR03-35160-AB, PTR03-35160-AC, PTR03-35160-AD, and PTR03-34140.
